 Light quiche without zucchini and Parmesan paste

A light quiche recipe ideal for those who pay attention to their line and still want good dishes...



List of ingredients

2 zucchinis

1 tsp curry

20 g fine wheat semolina

30 g grated Parmesan cheese

12 cl light fresh cream

2 eggs

Salt

Steps of the recipe

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Boil 25 cl of water (1/4 liter)

Cut the zucchini into small cubes without peeling them

Immerse them for 4 minutes in boiling water, add 1 pinch of salt

Mix the cream with the curry, Parmesan, and the 2 eggs

Pour the semolina over the zucchini, and leave on the fire until the water evaporates and the semolina cooks

Pour the zucchini and semolina into the preparation with the eggs

Put in a non-stick dish and bake for 40 minutes.
