Ground Steak with Keto Fries and Mixed Salad

Instructions

Peel the celeriac, cut it into fries (it's time to invest in a french fries cutter, it's so practical!)

Place on a baking sheet, spacing them apart,

brush them with olive oil. Salt, pepper, add the paprika and roast for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven. Wait for it to be hot before adding the fries.

Prepare your ground beef by hand, salt and pepper.

Cook with a drizzle of olive oil for 5 minutes on each side without piercing the meat. Next,

let the meat rest for 5 minutes off the heat.

When ready to serve, put it in the oven for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with a mixed salad and a portion of ketchup

Opinion of the nutritionist

The celery fries

rave will surprise many with their texture and taste, which is similar to classic potato fries. It's one less frustration to be able to eat it when you watch your weight, especially since we are in Belgium, the country of the best fries in the world!

To choose the right celeriac,

it should be firm and heavy, and should not sound hollow. After peeling it, it can be kept for 3 days in the fridge. Nutritionally, it is a good source of vitamin C, B, K, copper, phosphorus and manganese.
