Imagine yourself in Marrakech... The Club Med La Palmerian in the middle of golf courses, palm trees and swimming pool...
It's All Inclusive and you're going to see the Bartender in the middle of the afternoon to ask him for a sugar-free and alcohol-free Mojito.
He looks at you with big eyes, shows you his giant teapot that produces hyper sweet mint tea...
But what do holiday clubs do for diabetics and anyone who wants a healthy diet?
You might think that this cocktail is reserved for adults!... Of course, not... it's a specialty of my mom for her little diabetic daughter...
Prepared by Mamie Thérèse under the Corsican sun to the delight of a little diabetic.
Maybe you need to warn your kind GO that you are diabetic... but it would surprise me very much if they had syrup and Schweppes without sugar.
In any case... this Cocktail prepared for my diabetic daughter is unanimous.... to send to the nice GO...
For this recipe of Mojito for
diabetics, you can replace the
lemon syrup with stevia with cane sugar and Cachaça... Only for Non-Diabetics....
To find the taste of a real Mojito, it is essential to have a very sweet taste... that is why
sweeteners are used.
Of course, if you don't put it on, it's bland and it's no longer a mojito!
