Keto chicken bacon skewers
Ingredients:
Chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
Bacon, cut into small pieces
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken breast cubes, bacon pieces, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Skewer the chicken and bacon pieces onto skewers, making sure to alternate between the two ingredients.
4. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
