Your shopping list not to be missed

It's easy to be intimidated when starting a new diet. A common bump on the road is often not knowing where to start. But if you're here, you have the first step down: listen to your body and start looking for ways to improve your health and well-being!

One of the best ways to feel comfortable in your new routine is to have a bona fide shopping list that is easier to remember than your own phone number. It is a staple for any beginner who needs a base of delicious snacks and reliable recipes. Especially with the keto diet.

The basics of a keto basket

You've probably heard a lot of noise around the keto diet. But is the transition to this new regime really worth it? Like any other diet, keto requires discipline and dedication, but it also has very specific requirements when it comes to low carbs, moderate protein, and high fat.

A new diet is a disruption to your normal daily routine – but if you continue to view your new routine as a "hassle," then your new lifestyle will seem like one as well. And where is the fun in there?

Our simple shopping list is based on delicious recipes that will launch your journey beyond the first week. It sticks to the essentials, so you'll feel confident and inspired to keep going – on your own terms. Once you gain momentum and settle into a routine, you'll find the transition much easier than you think.

What should your keto-friendly cart at the store look like

Before you start shopping, remove all high-carb foods from your fridge and pantry, such as sugar, processed foods, bread and cereals, starchy vegetables, and caloric sweeteners like honey, jams, jellies, agave nectar, and so on.

Below is the list of ingredients that make up a keto beginner grocery basket for our keto takeaway recipes. We recommend doubling the price of products and proteins so that you can prepare your own creations at home!
