Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil (optional for extra healthy fats)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add some ice cubes and blend again.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing keto green smoothie!
