Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1/4 cup cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil (optional for extra healthy fats)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add some ice cubes and blend again.
